Dos Vaqueros is located on one of the great old cattle ranches
in South Texas. Founded in 1834, with land grants from both Mexico
and the Republic of Texas, the sprawling Rooke Ranch has been
owned by descendants of Daniel and Catherine O'Driscoll for over
